Each and every time one of them came in from the shower wearing only a towel then went to dress, they would hear a girl giggle. Others who used this room reported more strange events. Two other frat brothers reported hearing footsteps at night, walking across the room then the wicker chair sounded as though someone was settling down in it. One of the roomies, whose bed was right next to the wicker chair, reported hearing a female voice. He got up many an evening to check out the room, trying to make certain no one else was there. But each time he found noth- ing. Everyone staying in the room has complained of excessive heat. But one man decided to challenge the ghost. He said openly to his frat brothers, while he sat in the room working on his computer, "if any ghost wants to come get me, I defy them to try." Just as he completed his statement the screen on his computer went completely blank. He checked everything, the CRT was plugged into the wall still, and was still connected to the comput- er . But the switch to the CRT had been turned off. No one, except him, was near the machine and he had his back to the machine at the time. If the story of the suicide is nothing more than legend then someone needs to explain some events that have taken place in this room.
